Requirements:

* Love Java, have solid knowledge of Java, have a strong desire to be Java developer.(热爱Java,具有扎实Java知识.)
* A good master of Java programming with practical project experience.
* Familiar with RDBMS, jsp, servlet, html, xml, sql,JDBC, Swing, Ajax.
* Familiar with Design Pattern, Oracle, MS SQL Sever, Linux, Unix, TCP/IP is a big plus.
* Familiar with Java Open Source: Eclipse, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Tomcat is a big plus.
* Has practical project experience is a big plus.
