The successful candidates will be able to quickly assimilate technical and functional product knowledge with the ability to develop new specifications, develop software, analyze and resolve defects, extend functionality, develop test architectures, and work collaboratively with other senior technical staff. This includes the successful communication and partnering with customer support, product development and other client internal functions. Strong analytical and debugging skills and a disciplined approach to problem solving is a must. Strong communication, teaming and documentation skills are a must. A passion for learning and expanding responsibilities is necessary. Willingness to work with U.S.-based engineering peers at specific working time is a must.

Requirements:

* Have strong desire to provide software-outsourcing services to U.S.-based Company.
* Must have a B.S. or equivalent experience in CS/CE/EE/Math. (计算机、电子、通信、应用数学或其他相关专业的本科或研究生学历。)
* Fluent in one or more of the following: C/C++ and/or Java/J2EE with specific experience in (Visual Studio, .Net, MFC) and/or (JSP, Swing, EJB, Ant, J2ME, Java applets) SQL, and Perl or other scripting languages.
* Platform experience on Unix, Windows, and/or Embedded OS (VxWorks, PSOS, or embedded Linux) and other Operating Systems are a plus along with communications and networking protocols including TCP/IP and database skills.
* Technology fan, has great desire of learning, willing to learn things of different fields.（热爱技术, 有强烈的求知欲，愿意接触学习多领域的技术.）
* Good communication skills and teaming ability, self-motivated (具备良好的沟通能力，团队合作能力，自我激励能力)
* Strong at analysis and trouble shooting（具优秀的分析解决问题的能力）
* Excellent language skills in spoken and written English.
* Willing to work some irregular hours to communicate with U.S. peers. (愿意在一些特殊工作时段与美国方面的工程师进行实时沟通或合作。)
