enhancement services add new features and functionality to existing code bases. No enhancement is too large or complex. During the course of an enhancement, the ArrAy team analyzes the existing software to evaluate the impact of the proposed change, and records actions taken. This information is retained in the repository for permanent knowledge transfer.
In cases where ArrAy has provided services such as maintenance or SQA in previous engagements, detailed information about the software is already documented in the knowledge repository. In that case, enhancement services can quickly build on that knowledge to incrementally add new features.
