2. Java技术经理(Java Delivery Manager)
Responsibility:
* Ensure the successful delivery of client contractual Statement of Work (SOW), which includes the establishment of initial measurement criteria based on the SOW and client requirements, the staff development and transition, the transition planning and execution, the delivery reporting and the financial reconciliation.
* Enforce and monitor the company methodology at an individual and team level, which includes new team member training & orientation, monitor process implementation.
* Monitor and develop engineering talent, which includes annual & interim performance reviews and the creation and review of personal development plans for each engineer.
* Work through real time conflict & resolve team issues, such as individual engineer interviews for fact clarification; joint meetings to clarify issues and validate facts; remediation decision and move forward plan; team discussion if warranted.
* Recruiting, interviewing and selecting new engineers, which includes establishing hiring criteria.
* Pre-sales assessments and impact analysis for input into proposals and SOW’s.
* Provide DM report, like weekly status reports and monthly metrics reports, which may includes but not limit, staff skill development, output productivity, release analysis, bug analysis, QA coverage and quality and development productivity. All reports should be AUTOMATED and INTEGRATED into the company system whenever possible.
* Review & check Timesheet on weekly basis.
* Cooperate, recommend, and monitor the objective setting for the new hires during the probation period.
* Work with HR, and be familiar with the process of recruitment, appraisal, and C&B.
Requirements:
* Have strong desire to provide software-outsourcing services to U.S.-based Company.
* 5+ years working experience in Java field, expert at Java.
* 3+ years management experience, good at source planning, cost controlling and team management.
* Strong communication skills with engineers, customers and vendors.
* Excellent language skills in spoken and written English.
